Refund policy

Inaccurate or Defective Items:

Should you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are prepared to assist with an exchange. Please follow these steps:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item, providing the order number and picture(s) of the item.

Ensure the item remains in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Before removing any tags or using the product, please inspect it carefully. We can only assist if the product is unused and in its original state.
Please note that items, tags, or packaging that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer or their pet will not qualify for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Size Exchange:
Kindly review your order details (e.g., type, size no, color, quantity) before completing the checkout process. Should you need sizing assistance, feel free to chat with us!

Size exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. To initiate a size exchange, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
The item must be received by us within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
Exchanges or returns are not applicable for items sold on clearance, preordered, made-to-order, or customised .

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of food items.

Should the requested size be unavailable, you have the option to opt for a direct refund, subject to a restocking fee of 10% for credit card payments and 5% for cash, bank transfers, PayNow, or PayLah! payments.

Returns Due to Other Reasons:

Returns for reasons other than receiving inaccurate or defective items must be arranged at your own cost within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
Returns are not applicable for items sold on clearance, preordered, made-to-order, or customized.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food items.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

You may request a direct refund, subject to a restocking fee of 10% for credit card payments and 5% for cash, bank transfers, PayNow, or PayLah! payments.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
